CSS Wind is searching for a Canada Operations Manager to oversee wind energy projects with up to 50% travel across Canada. Your operational leadership will ensure project success and quality standards in the field.
This full-time position requires 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in wind energy or related industrial services. You will be responsible for managing a team, project logistics, and meeting the high standards of blade inspection and repairs. Strong communication skills are essential as you foster client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead essential operations for wind energy projects
• Support Team Leads and technicians in performance management
• Oversee resource allocation and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and operational reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in operations management
• Proven leadership skills with a solutions-oriented approach
• Knowledge of Canadian health and safety protocols
• Familiarity with composite repair standards is an asset
• Valid driver’s licence required for travel
