Menzies Aviation Safety Security Manager

Location: Dorval

Lead safety initiatives as the Safety Security Compliance Manager with Menzies Aviation. Focus on emergency planning, compliance audits, and the promotion of a 'safety first' culture in an aviation environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures that enhance safety standards across operations. You will work closely with operational teams, conducting inspections, and providing guidance on safety matters. Delivering timely reports and liaising with regulatory bodies will also be key duties, ensuring continued compliance in all aspects of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Emergency Response and safety plans

• Provide timely management reports

• Support operational teams in safety procedures

• Monitor and enforce compliance standards

• Conduct accident investigations and reporting

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in aviation safety and security

• Ability to manage projects and liaise with executives

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• PC literacy and ability to work in diverse environments

• Capability to lift up to 35 pounds
