In this supervisory position, you will oversee a team of up to 25 employees, guiding claims operations toward excellence. Key responsibilities include performance management, workflow oversight, and collaboration with Client and Data Services to enhance project quality. You will also engage in risk analysis, ensuring accurate claim execution while fostering team effectiveness through training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor claims team members to achieve goals
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams on projects
• Investigate and resolve client concerns and non-conformance
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor quality assurance
• Support audits with external providers and clients
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years in claims analysis
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
