Join Eataly as a Quick Service Restaurant Assistant General Manager. Oversee daily operations and elevate guest experiences in our renowned Italian food marketplace.
This full-time position requires a dynamic leader to work closely with the QSR General Manager. You’ll manage staff, control budgets, and ensure a pristine environment while maintaining a focus on team-building and guest satisfaction.
Your role will be pivotal in training and motivating employees as well as solving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with General Manager for operational excellence
• Supervise budget adherence and operational efficiency
• Guarantee high standards of guest experiences
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff
• Conduct investigations and resolve incidents professionally
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree necessary
• 2+ years in management within retail or counter service
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Advanced skills in MS Office and retail POS systems
• Espresso machine knowledge preferred
