Drive accessibility initiatives at Centennial College as the Manager of Inclusive Learning Services. Champion barrier-free environments and support diverse learners across the institution.
The Manager will report to senior leadership and ensure a seamless implementation of accessibility practices within academic and operational settings. You will lead a team that promotes Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and adheres to Ontario's accessibility standards. Your vision will ensure that every student thrives in an inclusive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise departmental staff to ensure effective service delivery
• Oversee the intake processes and service standards across campuses
• Manage program data to inform operational planning and compliance
• Collaborate with partners to enhance accessibility in all spaces
• Advocate for accessibility and resolve complex cases collaboratively
Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 years in a leadership role within a unionized environment
• Strong background in accessibility and mental health services
• Experience with budgeting and grant writing for funding
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
