As the Expert Support Team Leader, you will guide your unit composed of experienced professionals, assigning tasks and overseeing progress. You will ensure the planning and execution of complex projects that meet organizational goals while managing performance and quality. Stakeholder interaction and effective communication will be pivotal in executing your initiatives successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute service offerings within the unit
• Monitor targets, performance, and quality metrics
• Create development strategies for team members
• Manage complaint resolution as per guidelines
• Oversee functional authority and budget allocation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum six years of relevant experience
• Mandatory knowledge of French
• Strong analytical skills for complex project management
• Experience with stakeholder coordination in projects
