Overview
We are looking for a Structures Program Manager to join the Fleet Efficiency team based in Mirabel, Québec (Canada). The role supports the A220 operators and ensures safe & economical operation of the A220 fleet in service.
Responsibilities- Represent the Fleet Efficiency organization in Program Review Meetings, discussing risks, issues and priorities with suppliers.
- Participate actively in A220 program change governance and manage MISP & SISP projects from initiation to closure.
- Proactively initiate projects to support operators’ needs in a timely manner.
- Lead (or act as key stakeholder in) initiatives on behalf of Fleet Efficiency.
- Contribute to the analysis of major in-service events and propose mitigations, implementation plans and communication strategies.
- Identify and lead MISP candidates, delivering technically and economically sound solutions within agreed time frames.
- Analyze fleet performance (operational reliability, unplanned grounding, maintenance costs) and launch mitigation, improvement or recovery actions.
- Maintain close contact with allocated customers, serving as focal point for customer services and fleet performance, and providing regular updates.
- Organize and contribute to Technical Review Meetings (FRM) and other governance meetings.
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in engineering, aircraft operation and/or customer services.
- Experience interacting with customers, with a customer‑focused and integrity‑driven approach.
- Strong business and financial acumen combined with a strategic view.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary projects and excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to work in high‑performance teams in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Solid knowledge of the aerospace industry and TCCA/FAA/EASA regulations.
