SPI Health Distribution Centers Director

Location: Blainville

Lead the operations of SPI Health and Safety's distribution centers as the Director. Focus on optimizing logistics processes and enhancing service quality in a dynamic environment.

This senior role requires a visionary leader to manage and improve the performance of our national distribution network. You will work collaboratively with teams across procurement, sales, and customer service to drive logistics efficiency and meet our business goals. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong operational vision across all centers

• Lead optimization efforts in shipping and order processing

• Cultivate leadership among regional managers to enhance performance

• Ensure safe and productive collaboration within teams

• Monitor KPIs for service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent

• 10+ years of experience in distribution center management

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

• Solid familiarity with WMS and ERP logistics systems

• Excellent customer focus and bilingual capabilities in both French and English
