As the Manager, Business Analysis & Project Implementation, you'll report directly to the Director, driving impactful projects and system enhancements while ensuring exceptional service quality. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology partners, and operations to execute innovative solutions and optimize processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and performance among Business Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts
• Collaborate with business leaders to define operational needs and requirements
• Oversee implementation of system changes and enhancements
• Drive successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects
• Analyze and improve existing business processes for efficiency
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Business Analysis or related roles
• Minimum of 3 years in team leadership
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in the mortgage or title insurance field preferred
