In this leadership role, you will oversee unionized employees, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. With a focus on motivating and organizing teams in the cutting room and assembly areas, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving production goals. Implement continuous improvement strategies and coach your team to foster talent and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor production objectives and budgets

• Ensure product quality and manage employee productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of management experience

• College-level education or equivalent experience

• Strong management skills in the aerospace industry
