Position: HSSE Expert Opportunity at JLL

Lead EHS initiatives at JLL's Bromont site as the HSSE Expert. This on-site full-time role focuses on enhancing safety culture and ensuring compliance across operations.

As the HSSE Expert at JLL, you will serve as the main point for health, safety, and environmental guidelines in Canada. Your technical insights and strategic direction will be vital in promoting JLL’s safety culture and facilitating compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will oversee training programs and manage key safety indicators to drive excellence in workplace safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide HSSE culture and training program development

• Provide regulatory compliance leadership across facilities

• Manage monthly reporting on EHS metrics

• Maintain comprehensive accident and incident logs

• Lead safety incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years relevant experience

• Must have CRSP or CSP certification

• Knowledgeable in health and safety techniques

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational and collaborative skills
