• Work on the weekend night shift, 12 hours per day, from Friday to Sunday.
• Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
• Be responsible for the operational processes by achieving and monitoring the objectives.
• Plan the daily operations and follow up on them.
• Adhere to the management system by reporting and analyzing various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
• Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to the sector.
• Ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem‑solving process.
• Ensure the training of employees, evaluate their performance, and monitor their progress.
• Promote a work environment based on engagement, teamwork, and open communication.

• College or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.
• Demonstrated managerial courage when managing personnel.
• Available, flexible, and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in French and English.
