Leader of Operations in Woodshop

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role requires strong management skills and a background in aerospace. You'll lead 20 to 30 team members, fostering a culture of productivity and quality, while implementing continuous improvement practices. Identify key processes and share best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate team activities in the woodshop

• Ensure quality production and employee efficiencies

• Document and establish best operational practices

• Lead problem-solving initiatives for continuous improvement

• Mentor and develop team talent for future growth

Requirements:

• At least five years of related experience in aerospace

• Equivalent college-level education

• Proficient in both French and English

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

• Ability to meet tight deadlines
