As part of Southbridge Care Homes, you'll report to the Executive Director and be responsible for managing staff performance, overseeing contractor work, and leading health and safety initiatives. Your expertise will guide the maintenance of laundry and housekeeping standards while setting project timelines that meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and secure home environment
• Hire, train, and supervise Environmental Services staff
• Oversee departmental budgets and manage inventory
• Ensure compliance with FLTCA and Public Health
• Manage quality of services from staff and contractors
Requirements:
• Post-secondary studies or relevant LTC experience
• Minimum of two years in management or supervision
• Experience in long-term care settings
• Health and Safety certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
