In this leadership role, you will support business development and maintain exceptional client relations throughout project timelines. You will guide project teams in achieving quality, schedule, and budget objectives while managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your expertise will advance our design services and integrate innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture successful client partnerships

• Facilitate project development and manage budgets

• Ensure compliance with statutory project requirements

• Drive QA/QC processes to maintain technical standards

• Lead regular team meetings to ensure best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 12+ years of project management experience

• Experience with construction budgets exceeding $70M

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in project management software like Deltek
