Lead operations at Excelpro's production site in Montréal. As the Director of Operations, you'll enhance efficiency in planning, production, and quality management throughout your tenure.

With 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with senior management to develop strategic operational plans. Your responsibilities will include supervising team performance, managing budgets effectively, and fostering a productive workplace for all staff.

Requirements:
