Lead transformative capital projects at the Canadian Museum of Nature. This role requires strong project management skills and collaboration with stakeholders for successful project execution.
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and completion of crucial museum initiatives. This position entails collaborating with senior leaders, managing risks, and ensuring projects align with the organizational vision while staying within budget. Your leadership will drive improvements in facilities, technology, and visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead museum capital projects from start to finish
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project life cycles
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets effectively
• Oversee procurement activities and contractor engagements
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of project management experience in cultural settings
• Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in English and French (BBB/BBB)
• Strong documentation and risk management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
