As a Ramp Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily performance and security while providing top-tier customer service. This role demands strong leadership skills and an understanding of ramp handling operations. You will be in charge of ensuring that deliveries meet demanding service levels and safety regulations, thus directly impacting our clients’ satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ramp operations ensuring safety and security

• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service

• Ensure compliance with airline ground handling and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate reporting in the RSMS system

• Support and guide team members in their duties

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally work in Canada

• Valid driver’s license and security clearance necessary

• Extensive ramp handling and operational department knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
