As a Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in ramp handling, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting team performance. Your leadership skills will be vital as you coordinate tasks, maintain service standards, and address challenges swiftly. The role requires extensive knowledge of operational procedures and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational performance and safety compliance

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

• Manage airline product delivery to strict service standards

• Support colleagues with guidance and encouragement

• Ensure accurate reporting in RSMS for all flight services

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in ramp handling

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada

• Valid Driver’s license and DA authorization

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs when required
