Lead maintenance operations at Bombardier in a hybrid work environment. Drive team performance, ensure quality standards, and promote safety practices in St-Laurent and Dorval locations.

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will establish production objectives and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Overseeing approximately 20 employees, you will manage the budget while promoting health, safety, and environmental practices. This leadership role also requires identifying standard processes and fostering continuous improvement through effective coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor production objective achievement

• Implement HSE management plans and ensure safety

• Document and standardize key maintenance processes

Requirements:

• Strong management skills in aerospace industry

• University degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in French and English
