As a Senior Manager within Aviva's Global Corporate & Specialty unit, you'll take charge of the Plans & Programs portfolio. This role requires advanced underwriting expertise and strong leadership to guide your team in achieving sustainable growth and profitability. Your influence will also extend to building relationships with brokers, enhancing service standards, and analyzing market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead profitability and performance for the Programs portfolio

• Ensure underwriting quality and compliance with guidelines

• Provide oversight on underwriting audits and reviews

• Foster a high-performing culture through coaching

• Cultivate relationships with brokers and program administrators

Requirements:

• University degree with CIP designation

• 8-10 years of underwriting experience

• At least 2 years in leadership roles

• Strong understanding of underwriting principles

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
