Location: Dorval

Tasks

  • Manage a team of 10 or more Ambassadors.
  • Organize daily operations.
  • Ensure service quality and excellence.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to Ambassadors to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Resolve challenging situations and support the airport operations team.
  • Approve schedule changes.
  • Prepare for and assist management during weekly meetings.
  • Welcome, direct, and inform YUL passengers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for Ambassadors.
  • Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks (attendance tracking, shift report follow-up, employee file management, procedure updates, timesheets, etc.).
  • Make schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in project development initiatives.
  • Answer calls on the supervisors' phone line.
  • Perform any other related duties.

  • Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management (performance management, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts between Sunday and Saturday.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers approximately 50% of the time.
