Citizen Watch America seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple districts or many stores, driving revenue growth and delivering a superior customer experience. You will lead diverse teams, set strategic direction, and ensure merchandising and operations align with brand standards across geographies.
Reporting to the SVP of Retail, you will champion the customer experience, manage budgets, and recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve targets and growth.
