Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee PP&C department functions and budget management

• Support inter-departmental communication for program success

• Develop departmental objectives aligned with company goals

• Ensure accurate reporting of project performance metrics

• Manage and implement internal audit processes related to PP&C

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 7-12 years in project estimation and controls

• Expertise in scheduling and financial software

• Previous leadership roles of 3-5 years

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases
