This challenging position places you at the helm of transformation within Garda World’s Cash services. Engage with senior executives to create strategies that address organizational challenges and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of transformation strategies

• Partner with executives for efficiency and growth initiatives

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable KPIs

• Monitor and manage risks affecting transformation outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business or related field; MBA preferred

• At least 10 years of transformation leadership experience

• Strong track record in managing large-scale initiatives

• Proficient in change management practices

• Bilingual in English and French
