Restoration Supervisor - Project Leadership

Lead with First Onsite as a Restoration Supervisor, directing teams through critical emergency projects. Ensure quality and safety standards while enhancing customer experiences daily.

This leadership role requires hands-on involvement in overseeing restoration efforts with a focus on efficiency and quality. With a minimum of three years of experience in the emergency industry, you'll manage crews, coordinate schedules, and deliver critical updates.

Your role involves using advanced moisture reading techniques and training new staff to adhere to best practices in restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct restoration and emergency response efforts daily

• Oversee project timelines and efficient crew management

• Assess and requisition necessary equipment and tools

• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

• Conduct training and safety procedures for team members

Requirements:

• 3+ years of restoration or emergency experience

• In-depth knowledge of IICRC S-500 standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software

• Strong communication and conflict management abilities

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
