As the optimization lead, you'll work under the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, providing strategic oversight to a team of engineers. Your key focus will be on enhancing terminal operations by analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 2 to 4 engineers

• Analyze and improve performance metrics and KPIs

• Optimize workforce planning and dock operations

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across teams

• Act as a key partner in operations communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields

• 2 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience in operational or logistics settings is preferred

• Bilingual (French and English) communication skills are advantageous

• Willingness to travel to operational sites
