Onshore Project Manager / Onsite Manager

Compensation: C $120,000-C $130,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Onshore Project Manager / Onsite Manager to act as the primary onsite interface between customer stakeholders and delivery teams. This role owns delivery governance, onsite-offshore coordination, talent fulfillment, financial performance, and account-growth support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead onsite delivery operations and serve as the single point of contact for customer stakeholders.
- Drive delivery governance through status reviews, KPI tracking, risk and issue management, and escalation resolution.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to align delivery and resolve escalations.
- Manage workforce planning, capacity, utilization, forecasting, cost, and revenue performance against plan.
- Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and people-management initiatives for onsite associates.
- Build and maintain a Québec talent pipeline in the Longueuil / Montréal region.
- Fulfill labor-leasing requirements efficiently and support candidate positioning and onboarding readiness.
- Partner with North America HR and Talent Acquisition teams on staffing and people-management needs.
- Ensure compliance with customer processes and delivery requirements.
- Identify scope expansion and new work opportunities; support proposal development, including scope, staffing, and delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management, delivery operations, or onsite coordination experience.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of utilization, capacity planning, forecasting, cost, and revenue management.
- Bilingual French and English proficiency, written and spoken. French is required for Québec workforce and stakeholder communication;
English is required for global and offshore coordination. - Canadian citizen or permanent resident, authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- PMP and/or Agile certification.
- Experience managing resources at a customer site.
- Aerospace or engineering-services experience.
