As the Director of Defense Program Execution, you will manage all phases after contract award, maintaining alignment with functional teams for successful delivery. Your contributions ensure adherence to cost, quality, and timelines while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be critical in shaping program outcomes at Bombardier Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full P&L accountability for defense programs

• Ensure end-to-end delivery meets commitments

• Oversee program initiation governance before contract award

• Manage cross-functional collaboration with department leads

• Build a high-performing team across various locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or aerospace relevant field

• 15+ years in a similar Director role

• 5+ years customer-facing experience

• Proven success with multi-year aerospace programs

• Knowledge of ITAR and CGP regulations
