Based out of Montréal, you will play a pivotal role in guiding governance for specialized support teams. Requirements:
• Proven track record in operational leadership
• Deep knowledge of service contracts and multisite services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in change management and cross-functional coordination
• Proficient in both French and English
