Shape the future of privacy management with Ontario Northland as the Manager of Privacy and Information Management, in either North Bay or a hybrid work arrangement. Lead teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
In this senior role, you will spearhead the Access and Privacy Management program, working directly under the Director of Corporate Regulatory Affairs. You are expected to exercise leadership across teams, manage departmental resources, and ensure effective stewardship of the agency’s information assets. Your expertise will strengthen compliance, enhance relationships, and establish credibility throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee Access and Privacy Management program
• Provide information to privacy regulators for accountability
• Champion information management across the agency
• Educate stakeholders on legislative requirements
• Define goals for the Information Governance program
Requirements:
• Degree in Law, Privacy, or related field
• 5+ years in Privacy or Information Management
• Preferred certifications include CIPM, CIPP, and others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and analytical skills
