Advance equity and diversity as CHEO's Project Coordinator in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on implementing and evaluating I-IDEAS initiatives in partnership with advisory committees.
The Project Coordinator will support the Office of I-IDEAS by collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement impactful projects. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, track action plans, and promote organizational commitments to inclusion. This role is perfect for individuals experienced in project coordination and administration, with a passion for advancing diversity and social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement processes for I-IDEAS initiatives
• Act as liaison for advisory committees and stakeholders
• Document roles and responsibilities, tracking progress
• Raise awareness of I-IDEAS commitments among staff
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
Requirements:
• Criminal Record Check (Level
1) – Essential
• Minimum two-year Diploma in Project Management – Essential
• Three years in project coordination or administration – Essential
• Strong communication skills – Essential
• Experience in equity and inclusion initiatives – Essential
