Director of Corporate Giving at CHEO

Reporting to the VP of Innovation, you will lead corporate fundraising initiatives, manage a team, and build strategic corporate partnerships. Your expertise in data-driven strategies and relationship management will be vital in advancing the foundation's mission, aligning with national corporate giving programs, and maximizing support for children and youth healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate philanthropy strategies aligned with revenue goals

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major corporate donors

• Lead high-value gift solicitations and stewardship efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage fundraising opportunities

• Analyze budgets and monitor corporate philanthropy performance

Requirements:

• Significant experience in corporate fundraising and partnerships

• Proven track record with major gift opportunities

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience with donor databases like Raiser’s Edge
