Lead innovative fundraising initiatives with Ducks Unlimited Canada as the National Manager of Development. Manage a dynamic remote team specializing in donor-centric strategies and major gifts.
As the National Manager of Development, you will report to the National Director and guide the growth of fundraising efforts, including memberships and planned giving. Your leadership will shape a high-performing team committed to collaboration and achieving financial goals crucial for conservation. Emphasizing best practices and philanthropic trends will strengthen your impact on DUC’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and report monthly team activity metrics
• Implement donor-centric fundraising plans
• Strengthen team collaboration and communication
• Provide remote leadership across various fundraising programs
• Prepare and present fundraising progress reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in business, marketing, or fundraising
• 5+ years in fund development and stewardship
• Proven team management and motivational skills
• Experience with national donor relationships
• Strong analytical and strategic planning competencies
Drive fundraising success and support conservation goals while leading fundraising efforts nationally for DUC.
