As part of the Partner Relations Leadership Team, you will oversee a talented fundraising team and manage high-level partnerships. This pivotal role involves establishing strategic roadmaps, ensuring donor retention, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on achieving ambitious revenue goals. You will lead efforts to expand engagement with philanthropic partners committed to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead donor engagement strategies through cultivation and stewardship

• Develop annual fundraising forecasts and revenue plans

• Collaborate with executive leaders to identify opportunities

• Monitor and report on fundraising pipeline health

• Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years in fundraising leadership

• Experience securing multi-million-dollar commitments

• Familiarity with donor stewardship and governance

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms for tracking metrics
