You'll play a vital role in managing donations, acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation, ensuring all donor interactions are effective and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage donation paperwork, receipts, and thank-you letters

• Coordinate tribute gift processes and donor acknowledgment

• Maintain records in Raiser’s Edge NXT for accuracy

• Address donor inquiries and concerns promptly

• Support financial reporting and compliance tasks

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years post-secondary diploma or experience equivalent

• Three years in donor relations or customer service

• Proficient in Raiser’s Edge NXT or CRM software

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills
