Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a qualified cook with relevant catering experience.

Schedule:

Part-time, every other weekend, daytime.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards

Assemble plates of food

Perform other related duties

Do lunch and evening service depending on the shift

Prepare upcoming menus

Ensure that food is served adequately and hot

Participate in cleaning common areas

Partially manage inventories

Under the supervision of the chef and sous-chef, the candidate will be responsible for preparing the daily menus according to pre-established standards.

Required qualifications :

A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
