Restaurant Shift Manager

The Shift Manager I supports branch management in executing quick-service restaurant operations. This supervisory role keeps restaurants clean, staffed, stocked, and ready for business. It assigns tasks, supports scheduling, monitors associates, and applies company policies when making management decisions.

• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures
• Supervise associates during day-to-day restaurant activities
• Assign tasks and help prepare schedules
• Monitor breaks, cleanliness, equipment, and visual standards
• Handle cash, orders, goods, invoices, and safety concerns

• Minimum two years food and beverage experience
• Minimum two years cash handling and customer service experience
• Minimum six months restaurant or production kitchen supervision
• Ability to understand instructions, policies, and customer conversations
• Knowledge of sanitary, safety, health, and HACCP standards
