On behalf of our national client, we are actively looking for an Outside Sales Representative, for the Greater Montreal area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, driven individual who is looking to grow their career in sales!.The role comes with base, plus commission, a monthly car allowance, benefits and more!

Position Summary: The successful candidate is patient to persevere through lengthy sales processes and have a keen awareness of the importance of sales services to fully understand customer expectations and respond appropriately. Throughout this process, you will coordinate with internal and external partners to respect the budget and manage the project concerning the products and services. As such, your sense of organization and communication will become imperative to successfully close contracts.

The Outside Sales Rep also has experience in prospecting for new clientele and the development and support of current customers. Your ability to build long-term relationships is critical to your success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers - a key focus of this role is securing new business and revenue opportunities
  • Consults with potential and/or existing customers to provide innovative products, services and solutions that satisfy business requirements.
  • Persevere throughout an often-lengthy sales process, and with a keen awareness of the importance of sales service
  • Fully understand customer expectations, educate clients on the company’s line of products, and respond appropriately
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, designers, installers, and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are successfully met
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy through effective time management.
  • Generate revenue through sales activities working towards targets and department objectives
  • What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of Outside B2B sales experience, preferably in business development, lead generation, outbound calling, or equivalent
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. You are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives and peers
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French
