** Your Responsibilities
*** Provide a consistent superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge
* Always embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines and ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience
* Have the ability to wear different hats, ensuring the Miele Experience Centre is always pristine
* Prepare customer quotes and orders
* Sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross and up-sell products, providing owner education, assisting with events
* Has the ability to create leads from consumer events which take place at the Miele Experience Centre.
** What we are looking for
*** Minimum of two (2) years in premium retail sales and customer service experience
* Experience with events coordination and management
* Experience working in a team environment
* Flexibility for evenings and weekends
** Vos responsabilités
*** Offrir une expérience client haut de gamme constante afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente du magasin et démontrer une connaissance approfondie des produits Miele
* Adopter systématiquement la stratégie et les directives opérationnelles de Miele Experience et veiller à ce que les clients bénéficient d'une expérience d'achat haut de gamme et sans tracas* Être capable d'assumer différentes fonctions afin de garantir que le Miele Experience Centre soit toujours impeccable
* Préparer les devis et les commandes des clients.
* Vendre des produits en libre-service, proposer des ventes croisées et incitatives, former les propriétaires, aider à l'organisation d'événements.* Être capable de générer des prospects à partir des événements destinés aux consommateurs qui se déroulent au centre Miele Experience.
** Ce que nous recherchons
*** Au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail haut de gamme et le service à la clientèle.
* Expérience dans la coordination et la gestion d'événements.
* Expérience de travail en équipe.
* Flexibilité pour travailler le soir et le week-end.
