Location: Dorval

We are currently looking for an administrative assistant and sales support role for an amazing company in Dorval. They are currently growing and have lots of room for advancement. The sales support representative will deal with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. They also enter and track data in sales databases and provide reports to the sales department.

Responsibilities
- Creating Powerpoint presentations, entering the info into Excel
- Receive and review documents received from suppliers
- Send documents and required information to customs broker (coordinating with the logistics department)
- Ensure all documents are sent on time
- Data entry and data review
- Delivery forecasts to be sent weekly to each of our appointed truckers in the US
- Documentation/instructions to be sent to truckers when needed
- Customer Service oriented, follow up with clients
-Gathering product specs or technical info from all internal teams
-Coordinating with order desk, sales and logistics teams internally.
-Creating quotes, entering orders, handling the e-commerce and more.
