THE ROLE (SALES + CLIENT GUIDANCE)
You are not “selling.”You are guiding women to make the right decision for their life.
You will:
- Speak with women about their goals and challenges
- Do inbound & outbound calls + follow-ups Lead consultations and guide them into the right program
- Build trust and strong client relationships Hit targets and earn performance-based bonuses
- Work closely with the coaching team
