As the Sales and Support Administrator, you'll be an expert in Gentek's product line, ensuring customers receive accurate information and assistance promptly. With a focus on creating great partnerships, you'll engage with clients and take charge of their orders, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate timely quotations for window and door products
• Oversee customer order management in Gentek systems
• Communicate product availability and delivery to customers
• Assist with inquiries and provide alternative product solutions
• Evaluate trends from customer data for process enhancements
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory, post-secondary preferred
• Experience in windows and doors is a plus
• Previous construction industry experience preferred
• Strong literacy and numeracy competence
• Proficient in using order entry systems
