Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Actively prospect to identify and acquire new clients.
- Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.
- Develop and execute business development plans.
- Maintain a full sales pipeline and conduct thorough follow-ups.
- Perform performance analysis (sales, attrition, profitability).
- Negotiate pricing and close business agreements.
- Enter and update activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service).
- Deliver high‑level customer service and build long‑term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in distribution, packaging, or cleaning products (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French/English) required to communicate with English‑speaking clients (approximately 30% of the time).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong results‑oriented mindset and competitive drive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for travel.
- Availability to travel (40–60% of the time).
- Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year base + commissions
