This position involves working closely with the Event Technology team to sell event equipment and services. You will assist with order entry, manage customer communications, and follow up on sales to close business successfully. Utilizing ENCORE’s resources, ensure an accurate and efficient CRM system to track opportunities and client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and coordinate smaller events including BEO bookings
• Maximize revenue while adhering to profit guidelines
• Attend client meetings to understand their needs
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Minimum High School diploma; BS/BA preferred
• 1+ years of sales or event coordination experience
• Strong technical skills with computer software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in hospitality or event planning is a plus
