Step into the role of Event Sales Coordinator at ENCORE, assisting the Event Technology team in selling services for small-scale events under $5K. This position is pivotal for sales order management and client engagement.
You will play a key role in enhancing revenue for smaller events. Responsibilities include coordinating sales, addressing client needs, and closing deals effectively. Engage with clients through meetings and ensure seamless communication post-event for an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and coordinate smaller event bookings effectively
• Maximize event revenue in line with profit guidelines
• Address client inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Close sales and ensure secure commitments from clients
• Follow up on billing and post-event evaluations
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; BS/BA preferred
• At least 1 year of sales or event coordination experience
• Strong technology and software skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in hospitality or technology sectors is a plus
