About the Role
As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving Forge Fit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country

Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools

Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health‑related a plus)

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized

Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus
