Regular, Full time. Daytime schedule:
Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through email, phone, and online channels.
Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions based on the circumstances.
Follow up as necessary and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback (prices, products, service, etc.).
Maximize sales to customers and suggest alternative and complementary products.
Work closely with outside sales staff.
Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
May be required to negotiate special prices and terms with customers.
Qualifications Experience in B2B sales.

Reliable, resourceful, committed, resilient, and good at finding solutions.
