Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive will proactively identify prospective clients and engage them through targeted outreach. You will leverage your excellent relationship management skills to serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process while meeting your weekly and monthly activity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development by identifying potential clients
• Execute high-volume outreach via calls and emails
• Maintain regular client contact during the sales process
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings for relationship building
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on client requirements
Requirements:
• Proven track record in high-activity sales roles
• Strong relationship management and emotional intelligence
• Ability to handle rejection with professionalism
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
