Position: Account Executive -  Sales
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding Leverage Tek Staffing Solutions’ client base. This is a true  hunter  role focused on new business development. You are a high‑EQ relationship builder with a relentless drive to win. This is a combination  salary plus commission‑based role , complemented by reimbursement of eligible business expenses, comprehensive benefits, and additional perks.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients.

Execute high‑volume outreach through targeted cold and warm calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.

Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity targets, including scheduled meetings with potential buyers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process.

Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Attend client site meetings and corporate events to strengthen partnerships.

Collaborate with the recruitment team by clearly communicating client staffing needs and providing detailed job requirements.

Assist in tailoring candidate submissions to align with client expectations.

Support candidates selected for interviews by preparing them with role‑specific insights.

Maintain regular contact with consultants placed within your territory to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Resolve client and consultant issues promptly and professionally.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and staffing best practices.

Provide regular forecasts and performance reports for your territory.

Experience & Education

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs in a high‑activity sales role.

Proven track record in a hunter‑focused sales environment with a strong emphasis on new account development from lead generation to conversion.

Excellent relationship management and emotional intelligence.

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

Ability to persist through rejection with professionalism and resilience.

Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions
This is a fast‑paced role requiring the ability to manage competing priorities and handle frequent interruptions. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with a variety of personalities and attitudes.

A vehicle is required for this role. Mileage is reimbursed at the current Government of Canada rate.
